One Extra Step

As a believer in “over-the-top” Customer Service, I am completly surprised by the number of bussineses not taking just one more step to exceeding a client’s expectations.

How much time does it take to follow up on a shipment sent with a quick phone call?  If you’re trying to keep you Outbound calls to a minimum, your procedures could at least include a quick “personal” email.

I promise you one thing – your customers will feel taken care of… isn’t that what they want?
